Rest assured, we do not have access to your sheet data. All data processing is conducted within the addon itself, with the sole external request being for account authentication purposes. Your data remains entirely within your control, with no transmission to our servers.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Plans are currently billed yearly, and we don’t offer refunds for any balance periods of the app. That’s why we’ve tried keeping our pricing as accessible as possible.

Effective utilization of RowBrowser necessitates that your sheet must have a frozen header row, with only those headers containing values being displayed on the sidebar. Your row must be horizontally frozen, as current support does not extend to vertically frozen sheets. For the display of images and hyperlinks, they must be inputted as formulas (utilizing =HYPERLINK and =IMAGE), not as attachments. While browsing a filter view, the sidebar will render data from the non-filter view. To navigate through the filtered views, the track cursor function can be employed.
