BusinessAddons.com provides tools and services to develop and publish custom Google Workspace Add-ons. Users can purchase one-time or recurring access to our products, depending on the respective type of product. A user account is created automatically upon purchase of any product from us, and the user account will be entirely managed by us.

Eligibility to Use the Services

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Services.

User Accounts

A user account is generated automatically when you first purchase a product. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. You are solely responsible for any activity occurring in your user account.

Data Access

We do not have access to your confidential data when you use our products. If you provide us access to remedy a bug, you represent that you own that data and agree to indemnify us of any damages related to accessing that data.

Pricing and Payments

Prices on our website may change at any time. We may offer differential pricing or coupons, which can be revoked anytime without notice. Your payments are processed by third-party processors who have their own terms and policies.

Email Domains

You agree we may display your email domain as a BusinessAddons.com client and its associated logos/publicly accessible information at the time of displaying the information.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. We reserve the sole right to make exceptions and issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You may read our refund policy by clicking here

The founders of MHBB Ventures LLP may, from time to time, offer support or engage with users through their personal social media accounts, including but not limited to X(Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit. It is important to note that when they do so, they are acting on behalf of MHBB Ventures LLP and not in their personal capacities.

Additionally, it’s crucial to understand that any opinions expressed by the founders on their personal social media accounts are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of MHBB Ventures LLP. This distinction applies specifically to posts or messages that are not directly related to our products or services. When the discussion involves our products or services, the founders are considered to be representing MHBB Ventures LLP. Please exercise discretion and verify any information that may impact your decisions related to MHBB Ventures LLP.

Purchase Support

Submit bug reports and support requests only through proper channels like email or our ticketing system. We will make reasonable efforts to provide technical support for issues, but we do not guarantee that any issue will be resolved or that we will provide support at any particular service level. Response times may vary. We do not offer support through social media sites.

Product Platform Changes

Please note that most of our add-ons are built specifically for various platforms (e.g., GSuite, Gmail, Drive, Chrome, etc.). We make no guarantees that our add-ons will always work as expected, as the platforms may change their requirements or make updates over time. Additionally, we may optionally charge for upgrades to the latest versions of our add-ons, depending on various circumstances within and beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, changes in destination platform (e.g., Gmail, GSuite, Chrome) fees, changes in platform technology requirements, or other reasons. Efforts would be made to communicate these changes beforehand, or as they arise.

Email Authentication Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout corresponds with the platform you intend to use with our add-ons. For example, if you are purchasing a Google Sheets add-on, using a Yahoo email address may result in the add-on not functioning correctly, as we presume that the email address provided will be authenticated with the appropriate platform (in this case, Google Workspace). Failure to use a compatible email address may result in your purchase going through successfully but the add-on being inoperable due to authentication issues.

Domain Whitelist Plans

Certain products may have a domain whitelist plan, which allows you to purchase access for a few seats while granting access to the add-on to all users on the domain. The nomenclature and specifics of this plan may change from time to time, but we reserve the right to revoke access at any time if we suspect misuse of the plan. For example, if a user specifies their domain as ‘gmail.com’, the transaction may go through; however, we will revoke access to the add-on if we determine that the domain is being misused.

For Google Workspace add-ons, our definition of a domain includes any Google Workspace-compatible domain owned by an organization or professional, excluding individual Gmail.com domain emails. This plan is required for each subdomain as well.

Transferring Accounts/License

Individual licenses cannot be transferred. For Workspace/Domain Whitelist licenses, if the person buying the add-on is leaving your organization/Google Workspace plan, please write to us to have their license transferred to someone else within the organization. It is important to note that we allow the transfer of licenses only once per renewal period for Google Workspace accounts.

Transferring the account or license to another Google Workspace compatible domain or individual email is entirely at our discretion.

This policy ensures that your organization’s needs are met while maintaining the integrity and compliance of our license agreements.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

All products, designs, and related materials provided by MHBB Ventures LLP, including but not limited to software add-ons, graphical designs, and documentation, are the exclusive trademarks or registered trademarks of MHBB Ventures LLP. Unauthorized use of these trademarks, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted as permissible under MHBB Ventures LLP’s terms of service, is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright and trademark laws.

Logos and trademarks of third-party platforms, products, or services mentioned in connection with MHBB Ventures LLP’s offerings, such as GSuite, Gmail, Drive, Chrome, etc., are the property of their respective owners. The use of these third-party trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their respective owners. It is acknowledged that these trademarks are used solely for identification purposes and to describe the compatibility or integration of MHBB Ventures LLP’s products with those platforms.

Product Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pull sale or support for any add-on at any time. This may occur if we determine that the add-on is no longer aligned with our product strategy, if the intended platform of choice is no longer supported, or for any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify affected users as soon as possible.

Please note that all payments made for our add-ons are final and non-refundable. We do not provide code for any add-on to any user for any reason, including in the case of deletion of service.

Pre-Authentication and Support Obligations

If a product bought is designed to be pre-authenticated with our servers for the product’s use case, such as checking for license information, we reserve the right to determine the support obligations for the product. We may choose to provide support for the product for a certain period of time or under specific conditions, as determined by our discretion.

Please note that we are not obligated to provide perpetual support for any product, even if it requires pre-authentication with our servers. We may discontinue support for a product at any time, in our sole discretion.

By using our services, you acknowledge that we may exercise our discretion in determining support obligations and accept any risks associated with the discontinuation of support for a product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws using our Services
Infringe any third party rights
Distribute malware or corrupted files
Engage in harassing, abusive, threatening, or obscene behavior
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of our services

Violations may result in account termination.

Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership rights to our services and the BusinessAddons.com website. Users are granted a limited license to access and use our services pursuant to these Terms, but do not acquire any rights of ownership.

Disclaimers

Our services and add-ons are provided “as is” without any warranties. This disclaimer also applies to any content, information, or materials provided on the BusinessAddons.com website. We make no guarantees about ongoing compatibility if third-parties like Google Workspace change their systems and APIs. Our add-ons may experience occasional downtime or issues beyond our control.

Account Termination

We may terminate your account or revoke access to our add-ons at any time for any reason, including abusive conduct or threats of legal action.

Uptime and Functionality

We do not promise 100% uptime or functionality of our add-ons. They may experience occasional downtime or issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

Marketing Claims

You acknowledge that any marketing materials, advertisements, or other representations made by us regarding the capabilities, features, or benefits of our products and services may not apply to your specific use case. We make no warranties that our products or services will meet your unique requirements, achieve any particular results, or operate without defect. We disclaim any marketing claims to the extent such claims conflict with provisions in the Terms of Service. You agree not to rely on any marketing claims for making a purchase decision without verifying applicability to your intended use. Any purchase decisions are made at your own discretion based on your independent assessment of the products and services.

Termination

We may terminate your account access at any time for any reason. You may deactivate your account anytime. The process of deactivating your account would involve writing us an email from your registered email address. Termination of account instantly revokes your access to all our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and performed in Mumbai, India. You agree to arbitrate any dispute related to these Terms or Services in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Information We Collect

When you use our services, we may collect certain information from you:

Billing information like name, address, payment details
Contact information like email address and phone number
Usage data related to your use of our products (if applicable)
